Glyaderm

Several tissue characteristics of Glyaderm (cell-free skin matrix) have again been established. Maintaining these characteristics serves as a starting point for research into optimising the preparation of Glyaderm. Orientation towards accelerating the process is an important starting point.

We are collaborating with the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Amalia Children's Hospital, part of Radboud UMC, in a project which started with a three-year pilot study on the use of Glyaderm in treating complex and extensive wounds in children.
